1. Tickets will be available for purchase beginning Wednesday, March 18th via the Wesleyan website. A Wesleyan email blast will announce the beginning of the raffle and tickets will be on sale through Wednesday, April 22nd. The raffle will be advertised in the Wesleyan Weekly emails and the link can also be forwarded to relatives or friends.
2. Tickets will be sold for $25 per ticket, if 5 tickets are purchased, the purchaser will receive 1 for free.
3. The Tuition Raffle winner will be announced on Friday, April 24th at 4:00pm. Chris Cleveland, Head of School, will draw the winning ticket. The winner need not be present to win. The winner will be notified in person, by telephone or by mail.
4. The Tuition Raffle winner will receive a full tuition credit for an enrolled student at Wesleyan School (located at 5405 Spalding Drive, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092) for the 2026-2027 school year. The tuition credit amount is based on the scheduled tuition for that school year. Tuition credit is not redeemable for cash. This prize will pay tuition only: additional fees, books, or other miscellaneous charges are excluded.
5. If enough tickets are not sold to cover cost of tuition, the tuition credit will be 50% of the funds received from the ticket sales, net of the Tuition Raffle expenses.
6. Should the winner select a student on financial aid, the tuition credit will be awarded on the remaining balance. No additional cash or credit is given.
7. Should the winner select a student not returning to Wesleyan School for the 2026-2027 school year, the Tuition Raffle proceeds will go back to the WPC to be used at the discretion of the Board of the WPC.
8. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Any tax due from winning is the responsibility of the winner and a portion of the tax must be paid prior to the start of the 2026-2027 school year. The winner must provide the WPC with the appropriate tax information. All prizes are subject to applicable taxes. Raffle tickets purchased are not tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for any questions.
9. All net proceeds benefit the WPC.
10. Without further notice to comply with applicable laws or regulations, the WPC and or Tuition Raffle Committee reserve the right to make changes to the structure of this event.
11. Raffle participants acknowledge receipt of the WPC Tuition Raffle Guidelines and agree to be bound thereby. In receiving raffle proceeds, winner confirms this agreement.
12. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Purchasers of raffle tickets must be at least 18 years of age.
13. Raffle winner and selected student agree to participate in publicity photographs and articles identifying the winner of the 2026 Tuition Raffle to benefit the WPC.
